In Customer Care Services since 1990, Nisha is proficient in ensuring a high level of service is given to all Clients & Contacts.
She has worked with Lloyds TSB for about 8 years and has been with Dua Group since 2000. Over the years, she has participated and continues to do so, in key decision making to enable the firm to grow and invest in infrastructure to enhance Customer Services.
Her areas of expertise are Practice Management & Customer Care. She likes interacting with clients and is passionate about maintaining highest standards. She loves to spend time with her Children and Family, travel and meet friends. She is a fabulous cook and enjoys hosting parties.
